Month-to-month listing, no long term contract necessary!

My ranch-style home is in the Erie, CO - Vista Ridge Community.

The room for rent is on the ground floor (pics 7-10 in the listing) - 1 full bedroom (with medium closet) and 1 full bathroom for your private use. The room is currently unfurnished. The rest of the home is fully furnished: full kitchen, laundry room, upstairs living room, downstairs theater, down stairs gym (has dumbbells and bench only), and downstairs wet bar are available for shared use. The garage has tools and amenities that may be used as well, but everything is you break/you replace policy. The back yard is small (though it has a large deck and BBQ), and is basically only good for the dog’s bathroom =)

The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and there are small parks all throughout. Hockey rink, pool, basketball, baseball diamond, sand volley ball, etc.

Parking is on the street in front of the house, or in the driveway.

3 minute drive to the closest grocery (King Sooper) and local restaurants/bars. ~10 min to more dining, breweries, etc. in Lafayette, Erie, and Louisville.

The Vista Ridge community has a gym, multiple pools, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. available for your use, free of charge. The community is located on/around Colorado National Golf Club.

I’m a 34yo guy who is inspired by exploring new hobbies, foods, locations, activities, and experiences. I enjoy disc golf, all types of foods, and nearly all athletic activities. My career is in engineering - standard M-F gig.

In my home are my 2 fur babies and my current roommate, Todd (~50yo male roommate who occupies one downstairs bedroom and the full downstairs bathroom.)

Fur Babies: Walter - 1.5yo male dog - 90lb sweetheart with a big bark - good guard dog :) Dan - 4yo male cat - he will sit on your chest, purr, give you a hug, and then bring you a dead mouse. He’s a dream.

If you are allergic to animals, this is not the home for you. If you have your own fur babies, I’m open to them joining the family but only after the pets meet and greet. Walter and Dan love all animals.
