A private room with a private bathroom is available in our townhouse. Rent is $950/month, not including utilities. Utilities range on average $130 monthly per person and cover electricity, water, trash/recycling pick-up, and grounds maintenance.

This is a townhouse in Fairfax, in a neighborhood directly off of Route 50. Minutes from I-66 and I-495 for an easy commute to D.C. The Vienna metro is 1.5 miles from the house, with a nearby bus stop to take the CUE/Metrobus. Walking distance to Pan Am Shopping Center which has a Safeway, Starbucks, Domino’s, and CVS, and is a few minutes from Mosaic District.

Laundry room is on the lower level, and is shared among the 3 housemates. There is no designated parking spot, but plenty of available parking in the neighborhood.

Looking for a friendly female working professional who values keeping a clean, quiet, and relaxed home environment. Looking for someone who does not work from home, and does not have frequent guests (no overnight guests).

The house is 2.6 miles from Inova Fairfax Hospital, 5.5 miles from GMU, and 3.7 miles from NOVA.
