Alta Street

I have a room available in 3 bedroom house. I would like to keep the 3rd bedroom as an office/guest bedroom. There is a fenced in backyard and 2 stall garage that I prefer to use as a work area. The house is fifteen-hundred square feet upstairs and fourteen-hundred square-feet in the basement (unfinished).

I have one other roommate, male 28 years old, who lives there 2 weeks out of the month in the basement, who works long hours. I also have a sweet female hound dog that is 3 years old.
