Samantha's room

We are a young couple (mid and early 20’s) with a basement that we would like to rent in our home. The house itself is a townhouse in Ashburn, VA. Very safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. HOA recreational membership is available to buy, which has pool, gym, lake, etc. The basement has a private room and private bath. It is a walk-out basement opening to a fenced yard with a gate. The walk-out is located inside the bedroom. Shared kitchen in the middle floor, middle floor also has a deck. We are asking $1,000/month for rent plus utilities. No couples allowed, only one individual. Small dogs/caged animals are okay, but no cats. For dogs, we are asking an increased security deposit and the dog must stay in the basement/yard area.

Young couple, very easy to get along with. We would like to make a friend out of our tenant, but if you prefer more privacy that’s fine too.
