This a spacious 14 x 14 room with a large closet in a big 2,754 sqft house. The development includes a community pool, clubhouse, and it is a few minutes from the Euchee Creek trail. There are currently four housemates including myself. The rent is $700 and includes all the utilities and access to a washer and dryer. The house is less than 10 minutes from Fort Gordon Gate 2.

Military people are preferred. However, if you are clean and pay rent on time you’re welcome to the room.

No smoking in the house.

Overall we get along pretty well. I make sure that we maintain a clean environment where everyone is comfortable living here, communicates, and cleans up after themselves. I’m military, one works at John Deere, one works at Jiffy lube, and one works at Amazon. I enjoy doing Cybersecurity and being social. I mainly hang out in the living room where I work on projects and welcome conversation. The other housemates come through sometimes to talk about life, experiences, life challenges, cybersecurity, etc.
