Room available in a cute, fully furnished, non-smoking, 2 bedroom lower flat. The home is has been freshly painted, has wood floors, open rafters, newly remodeled bathroom, stainless appliances and washer and dryer in the basement, that’s shared between the 2 flats(4 people max). The home is in a great area where many renovations are happening, but still a work in progress, as you will still see some blighted homes, but much love given to homes by most of the community.

There will be two bedrooms opening at the same time in this home as a couple that occupied the whole flat is moving out. We seek respectful, kind people that treat their home as a sanctuary, a place to relax, more of a calm environment, not a party house.
