Unfurnished room with shared bathroom. We are a couple who work most of the time looking for a roommate in 3 bedroom house. Two other roommates is already living in the house, young professional in late 20s, and female in her 40s, you will share the bathroom with them. Also, there is parking for 1 additional car and street parking. I and my husband occupy the 3rd floor which is private for only the two of us. There is also a shared finished basement that we use for different purposes (gym, or rarely for work) that has some extra storage if needed. Also, there is space on the attic for additional storage. We are looking for someone who will be as friendly, clean, and hard-working as we are.

An oversized room with plenty of space has 2 spacious closets. Also, there is a door that has access to a shared bathroom. The room is sunlit most of the day, especially in the morning.

Laundry in the basement, a separate fridge that will be split between 2 roommates CREDIT SCORE CHECK, BACKGROUND CHECK, REFERRAL OF PREVIOUS LANDLORDS

Deposits: first and last month rent, $500 Security Deposit 45 min from Boston NO PETS, Utility bill split between all of us, Internet is included

I mostly work from home, while my husband is working hybrid schedule. We spent time in the evening watching movies. The other roommate spend most of his time at work or in his room. We don’t really have any parties in the house, so pretty quiet most of the time.
