Seeking 1 or 2 people to rent the entire private East Wing duplex of a large house in the Woodstock/Brentwood area in SE Portland.

The charming East Wing house/duplex is around 1,100 sq feet. It has a private entry, 2 bedrooms with high ceilings, a private loft, a large private den and living-room with vaulted ceilings and lots of light and shades, hardwood floors and rugs, a furnished private dining room, a private bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, central air conditioning and heating, a private lounge and tea room, a private bike room with hooks for bike-hanging, two parking spaces outside, a beautiful private gated front yard with ivy-covered fences and trees, a raised bed garden with direct sunlight for gardening, near a spacious park with a baseball field, softball field, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a lush rugby and soccer field.

The East Wing has a separate washer and dryer and laundry room.

The large kitchen has 3 privacy doors. The large kitchen is in the middle of both houses/duplexes. It is the only space in the house/duplex that we also use, tho we have another small kitchenette that we use in the basement. The large kitchen has a spacious sink, swivel faucet, a gas range/oven, dish washer, trash compactor, recycling bins, food storage spaces, and other furnishings/utensils. You will have your own fridge, too.

Some of the beautiful furniture can be removed, if unwanted. The East Wing can be furnished as you like, if you want to bring extra furniture. We have partially furnished the den with a very nice couch, tables, and chairs. Photo is from the moment we bought the house.

The entire East Wing has its own Air Conditioner Cooling and Central Heating System (both with Nest App temperature control). The Doors of the house also have Ring App doorbells.

Another cat or two can possibly live in the East Wing of the house/duplex. The East Wing has an installed cat door that has 3 options of in/out/shut. No other pets at this time, please.

Seeking 1 (or possibly 2 people) that is a full-time student or employed, respectful, honest, considerate, and clean.

Rent is $1490 for one person…or 500 hundred dollars more for two people ($995 each).

-First/last rent + utilities -Rent is due on the 1st of each month. -Utilities ($150 per person) are paid on the 1st or 15th of each month (your preference). -Utilities include: High-speed Internet (with WiFi extenders), Electricity, Heating, Cooling, Natural Gas, Water, Rubbish. -$200 one-time fee per cat for cleaning, unscenting, spot removal, and steam cleaning.

One year lease with possible extra year(s) options, after a year. Available for move-in now. Deposit is $500 per person.

Your Neighbors: Two people (we) live next door in the private West Wing duplex on the other side of the L-shaped double-house. She is a massage therapist, vegetarian, enjoys yoga, burritos, essential oils, films, gardening, healthy living. He is an artist/designer, enjoys yoga, photography, graphics, music, wine, sushi, gardening, building projects, home improvements, research, writing, baseball, aikido, mma, nature scapes.

Our cats currently live in the separate West Wing (other side) of our 3,300 sq ft house/duplex.

We are fun loving, health and eco-conscious, hypo-allergenic & fragrance-free, candle-free, non-cigarette smoking house, fourtwenty friendly, queer friendly…and we are both fully covid vaccinated.
