To keep things simple, I prefer no lease and month to month. It’s just easier that way, I hate paperwork. In the middle of 2.5 acres on the Mini Farms. Quiet and peaceful. Just finishing renovations. Got a little painting left to do. New roof, A/C, Flooring and paint. There are 2 bedrooms on the other side of the house. The bath will need to be shared. You also have use of the other living room, I have 2. Internet is currently Starlink Satellite. The other living room has a drum set and a bunch of guitars in it. I do not play the guitar or drums. I do occasionally make some noise with them but not for too long. You are welcome to play with them too. Just added a brand-new hot tub and sheep are here. The pics on here are old please come check it out for yourself. Also Have a pig and a big dog. I need help with. This is a farm and there are several garden’s that could use some attention. I’m hoping for someone that can be here all the time to help care for the animals so I can go to work.

It’s just me; 1 cat, 20 chickens and counting, 2 sheep. Prefer roommates that are 40 and under and female. Just been around too many really old people for too long and don’t really like dudes. Must love cats, Buster will insist on it. Almost always something to do out here. Have a large shed with a loft and a cabin outside. Also have a couple of gardens that could use someone that knows what they are doing. Also have a large fire pit with a new swing. When inside I’m usually in my room. I keep the house as clean as possible.
