Large private room with lots of windows and natural light. Room is on the opposite side of the condo away from the other rooms. Gated community. Washer and dryer in unit.

Dance teacher and Single mom of a 2 year old and expecting a baby in October. We’re pretty mellow and like a peaceful environment. No drama. No partying. No drugs or drunks. No loud late nights please. Community doesn’t allow dogs but cats are ok. I am 420 friendly. Just not around the kids… use common sense. Looking for someone easy going, ok with kids, responsible, cleans up after themselves, kind, considerate and has a reliable job and references.
