This is a nice 900 sq ft furnished 2 bedroom in an exciting community of apartments called Summit Park in Manayunk/Roxborough. There is a nice gym, free fitness classes, free shuttle to Philly on weekends, and close to major highways like 76 and 309. It is in a really nice area with a lot of trees and hiking trails. The apartment has most amenities available for common use (TV in living room, couch, bathroom and kitchen supplies, microwave, fridge).

I am 32 years old and work as a Lighting Engineer. I like going to concerts, checking out nature, watching football, working out, and checking out new bars and restaurants in the city. I am really into Fishtown, Manayunk, and South Philly. I like meeting new people and I am pretty laid back.
