Cortland Portofino Place Apt I am hoping to move into a 2/2 apartment ASAP, looking for a responsible individual. Not too picky about gender & am open to couples but would add another $200/mo. I am also open to pets but the apartment has weight and breed restrictions & my dog would have to get along with your pet.

You would have your OWN room, walk-in closet & full bathroom. I can either furnish it before you move in or you can bring your own ROOM furniture, just lemme know (:

The community is gated & safe. Has 4 pools on the property, has a two story gym, pet area, BBQ areas etc.

I know $1,200 is a lot for people but it is so worth it once you see the entire property. To be honest, ill still be paying more cause $1200 will only cover the rent. If you are able to do more then that would be great!

I do not have the unit secured. I need to find someone ASAP to get the ball rolling on applying for it.

It would just be me & my 20lb, 8 year old yorkie, Archie. He is fully potty and house trained. He will not take your stuff or anything like that. You would bear no responsibility of him AT ALL. His pet fee will fall on me & taking care of him as well but just keep your room door closed or he might cuddle up on your bed to nap. I work a regular 7:30-4:30 M-F job, and might be gone most weekends since I have family close by & i love going to their house & the kids love Archie. I will also be gone one weekend a month for drill, and will be taking Archie.
