Hi, I’m Lucas, the landlord’s son. I have had a good deal of experience in renting rooms and I am currently managing the house. The landlord, Carlo, as well as the other tenants in the house, are all kind and generally keep to themselves, leaving you to your privacy. We would be happy to welcome a new roomie in!
