Sierra's room

We live on the first floor of a duplex in mid city - it is safe and centrally located. There is one room available in a 3 bed/1 bath unit. The unit includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, in unit laundry and a spacious yard. There is sufficient street parking. We are a five minute walk to a bus stop and ten minute walk to Ralph’s. The move in date is August 1st but you may potentially be able to move in sooner.

We are two 25 year old women and one very cute husky/lab mix. We both work full time (mix of in the office and from home). I work for an insurance brokerage in DTLA and my roomie is a scientist at a genetics lab. We are easygoing / laidback / friendly. We like to play with the dog, go to restaurants in ktown, workout, cook, watch tv, play games and occasionally have a wine/fun cocktail night.
