Hello there!

My name is Camille. I’m 31 years old. Looking for a female roommate to share this 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment. Please no couples, no parent/child pairs, no pets, and no men.

I’m looking for somebody that is laid back, keeps themselves busy, and is clean/organized. I can let the clothes pile up in my room sometimes, but I don’t believe in subjecting others to my mess. I’m not the type to host get togethers, or have friends come by. I’m not opposed if that is what you enjoy: I just stress that we are able to communicate. It’s nice to know if others are in the apartment, and I’ve found the most important thing in a roommate situation is communication.

The apartment has 2 beds and 2 baths, and it’s on the 2nd floor (nobody above us). A beautiful view of the pool and grills from the front door. Your bedroom has lots of light with two large windows; and you have your own bathroom with a large vanity. Your towel bar will be fixed prior to move in date. The apartment is completely furnished with the exception of your room. Images show my current roommates furniture in your room/bathroom, however that will all be moved out. The grounds of the complex are well taken care of, and they’re always working to improve things.

Move in date is August 1st at the Crossbrook Apartments. Deposit is $250. Rent is $1130 not including Utilitties. All utilities are split between the two of us.

I am working toward an AS in web development at the JC in my spare time, and I’m also working towards getting back the healthy habits I had in my early 20s. I enjoy my record player, but I never blast it, and I love most crafts.
