This property is on a lake and about 100 yards from our private beach. 1 bedroom is available with a closet and bathroom with tub and shower. Parking out front and all utilities included. The house is kept VERY clean and would need to be kept that way. I have Netflix, WiFi and network TV. The large kitchen, living room with TV, screened porch, large yard and outdoor shower is yours to use as well. This home was previously used as a weekend vacation spot and even has arcade game room and billiards table. Access to beach included in cost.

I am in my 60s living with my 2 small dogs and 4 hens. I work full time and am home most weekends. The rent includes all utilities. The security deposit may be done 3 payments. No pets because of mine, though he is fine with people, he wont tolerate another animal.
