Only visitor parking is available. It’s not too far of a walk, but it can be a pain in the ass sometimes. Not gonna lie.

This is a 3 bed, 2 bath condo with a pool.

Pets welcome; however, I think a dog may be dependent on the breed for the association, but personally, I don’t care as long as it is a safe animal. You should be fine. I’ve seen pitbulls here.

I intend to get a cat soon. Be advised.

No background, credit check, or security deposit required. Please, no meth, heroin or crack addicts. You will be required to leave if that is discovered and I’m far from stupid and always home. Otherwise, you’re good.

We’re 420 friendly and seeking a mature adult male to rent with us. I’m a 36 yr old woman, my roommate is a 36 yr old man. He has the master bedroom/bathroom. You would share a very clean bathroom with me. I literally clean it everyday. We are very clean and respectful people and would appreciate the same.

We like peace. Simple as that. That is why we wish not to rent to a woman. No drama please. That is the absolute worst scenario for both of us as we’re both very calm and relaxed people.

I own a professional dominatrix business and host for clients (not a hooker…no sexual services provided fyi), and he’s a chef. I am telling you this as to not shock you later with that realization. I am not always “appropriately” dressed. Whatever that may mean for you.

We both are exceptional cooks, and George typically brings food home from his restaurant. We both tend to stay to ourselves, but we do socialize and hang out and drink in the living room from time to time. I generally am usually the one in the living room if anyone ever is. We just want a peaceful, decent, sociable person, who doesn’t have extreme mental illnesses (no offense but the last one was a paranoid schizophrenic and it was a nightmare for both of us).

Please just be sane and safe. Simple as that. Not much else really matters other than that you can pay your rent on time every month.
