A quiet, clean, bright and neat bedroom is available NOW. The house is located near CCSF, SFSU, 280 Freeway, Balboa Park Bart Station, Daly City Bart Station, Shops and Restaurants. Line 54 is just half block away. Line 29 and M line street car are just a few blocks away.
This is a bright and cozy single family house. A nice park and recreation center are located opposite of the street with plenty of street parking.
The bedroom is located on the second floor of the house (single occupancy only). The tenant has to share the bathroom on the second floor with one/two housemates.
Utilities are shared per headcount. Washer and Dryer are in the unit.
All housemates are nice, responsible, quiet, clean and neat.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
No smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, no party is allowed.
Total move-in cost is first month + last month + $300 refundable cleaning deposit.
One year lease is required.
