Looking for a quiet, conscientious roommate for a handsomely decorated home in the Fairmount neighborhood, just one block north of Eastern State Penitentiary. The available room is the largest in the home, featuring triple windows, ample closet space, included AC unit, and close proximity to one of two full bathrooms. Note that while pictured furnished the room comes unfurnished. The main floor of the home is fully furnished, featuring a fully-stocked kitchen, semi-finished basement with washer/dryer, and an eclectic array of mid-century housewares. Pet-free household, no smokers please!

We are two young professionals who appreciate laid-back evenings at home, a good cocktail, and frequent board game nights. We’d like to share our home with someone who would be happy to join us for an evening of reality TV on the couch or a house dinner, but who also respects our personal space (as we would always respect yours).
