ROOM CAN BE FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED!!! I live in a rural area, which is beautiful and very peaceful- surrounded by many trees. I am only 20 minutes from downtown and only 5 miles from the World Equestrian Center. I have a washer and dryer in the home you are welcome to use. I have a large yard. Extra storage shed on site. Updated home inside with internet. Also close to Dunnellon. Ask me anything!

There is also a 60-something female roomie that you will share a bathroom with who is tidy. She is easy going, as well as me. We are a pretty relaxed household and pretty much keep to ourselves with the occasional hangout sesh. No pets right currently, but may be willing to consider a dog.
