Joey's room

We have an extra room unfurnished available in our house that we would like to rent out. Room is about 13X13 with a decent sized closet. It’s a quiet neighborhood and the house is only 2 years old and AC works great. looking for someone to move in sometimes in December

My wife is mostly quiet and keeps to herself until she gets to know you and I’m more extroverted. We have friends over a lot to hang out and play boards games or just to watch a movie. You are more than welcome to hang out with us if you’d like. We also have 3 lovely dogs 1 chiweenie, 1 pomskie and 1 husky. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
