$695/month BATHROOM The bathroom is a shared bathroom. There is a full bathroom plus a extra toilet. You only have to share the bathroom with 2 other individuals on an ongoing basis or additional guests that may be in the home visiting. OTHER INFORMATION FULLY FURNISHED - We supply all furniture. Additional furniture is NOT permitted. The only exception is televisions.
All televisions must be 32 inches or smaller and must have Roku, Amazon Fire, antenna or other streaming service. You are not allowed to generate a bill with our address.

Shared with up to another 7 individuals making a total of 8 individuals including you.

This is shared living so the licensees will vary. Some will stay longer than others so you need to be able to adapt to various types of people. However, we don’t require any long-term commitments, we just require that you let us know 30 days in advance if you are leaving so that we can show the room to other prospective licensees.
