House: 2 unfurnished bedrooms to share 1 bath (so it’s a private bath for the 2 rooms). Single parent & child? -or- 1 person bedroom & office with private bath?

Beautiful hardwood floors downstairs, carpet upstairs. Downstairs is W/D, kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath, storage closet. Upstairs is 3 Bedrooms, 2 full bath, linen closet, loft.

Schools are great, kid friendly street - it’s on a dead end, no main street traffic, safe neighborhood. Off street parking (1/2 garage).

No drugs, No smoking of anything, pay rent on time, low traffic residence.

I don’t have a dog but a dog is ok (must meet property management guidelines), no cats.

Property Management $65 lease application fee (background & criminal check). $1100 for BOTH rooms includes sewer & trash. Security Deposit $800.

Don’t have Wi-Fi, so pick your own package. We will split utilities: conservative use runs between $150-$300/mo (gas, electric, water, lawn maint) , summer higher than winter.
