This room will become available between early November as previous renter will be moving out

Couples are an extra $100/month. Keep in mind that parking only fits 3 so you will have to park one behind the other.

For those with kids its similarly going to be an extra $100/mo if they stay in your room. If you want the second smaller bedroom we can do an extra $200 instead.

I mostly stay upstairs so for the most part you will have the bathroom to yourself, and run of the living room. Gigabit internet included, large backyard.

I work in Tech, so I work M-F. 2 friendly cats, clean house. Not sure what else to put here, this seems like quite enough.
