Chelsea's room

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse-style apartment is a 10-15 min walk to the beach, and a four min drive to Topaz/Sapphire surf spot. HUGE rooftop deck that is great for morning coffee, reading, tanning, or having friends over! There are two large living rooms, a spacious kitchen, dining area, and outdoor patio. There are two large bedrooms available and in-unit washer and dryer.

Available mid-July, but flexible. There is space for one roommate to move in right away if preferred. Two garage spaces for parking and storage and plenty of street parking.

I am a young professional in my 20s looking for two new roommates (preferable females in their 20s). My other roommates are moving to be closer to their work, but I love this place too much to leave.

I love staying active through biking, hiking, and surfing. The beach is my happy place. Looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and easy going, and would love to be friends with my roommates!
