Each room has a queen bed(optional), literally all you need is your suitcase & a toothbrush. Electric, water gas is split per tenant. Looking for females only. No small children visits plz due to dogs

MUST LOVE DOGS, I am a 62 yr old female & I own my home. currently living here is my 17 yr old granddaughter & 2 dogs are mine. I dog sit, foster others. So must love dogs. No other dogs as my dog isnt as welcoming with newcomers(pets or children) Any special accommodations for a pet will require pet deposit & possibly extra rent. Must show I.D. must sign a month to month lease agreement.
