Two unfurnished rooms available. Each includes a small closet area. A private bathroom is also included across from one of the bedrooms. A spot in the garage is also available for parking. As noted, all bills & internet are included in rent. Shared living spaces will be the kitchen, laundry room, living room, and garage space. No smoking/drugs allowed.

I have been living in Chesapeake for over three years and I believe the Greenbrier area where I am located is an awesome location and it is very easy to get to Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, or even the OBX! There are a lot of commodities and job opportunities in the area.

I am a friendly, easygoing person who stays fairly busy with work and personal hobbies. When at home, I keep a fairly quiet, clean house. I am considerate of other people’s space and privacy and appreciate potential roommates who can do the same! I believe my house would make a great roommate property because of the size and central location!
