The room is in a 4-bedroom / 2 bath house in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in Arden-Arcade by Del Paso Country Club, conveniently located near I-80 freeway. Total of 4 people in the house, including you. Super close to grocery stores Raley’s, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, and more. There’s a nice backyard with an orange & apricot tree to enjoy. Amenities include common areas cleaning once a month, pest spraying every 2 months, brand new heating & air conditioning that works great.

Your room is big (10x12’) and fits a queen bed, dresser, desk, and more. Please, no pets.
