I have a furnished room open to rent from July 1st onwards. I have 2 separate bedrooms for rent, one is a bit smaller and is 800$ a month and the other bedroom is bigger and is 900$. There is a shared bathroom and a shared living space but a private bedroom. The property features in unit laundry, deck access from the living room & kitchen plus huge closets and storage galore! The kitchen features brand new appliances with granite counter tops, double deep French sink, & heated floors. It is conveniently located near everything you would ever need, like Jewel Osco, Target, Walmart, Dollar Tree, and all the restaurants you can imagine. Utilities are 100$ and that includes internet.
About the roomies
I am a young woman with a cat looking for a tidy roommate. I am currently the only one at living this property.
