About the room

The room offered is one of five bedrooms in a beautiful historic Victorian house in South Redlands a few blocks south of DT Redlands. It does share a bathroom with a male housemate. We do have central air and heat. There is a fully equipped kitchen which is available . The property also features a lively yard with three patios for outdoor relaxation. Another added feature if this room is that there is a laundry room adjacent to the room that is used by only one other tenant.

The four current housemates are all in their 30’s or older so it’s not a frat house by any means of the imagination. All get along super well and are very respectful. 3 are males and 2 are females,
