Cozy and quite peaceful familiar home, border with Boynton Beach, unincorporated Palm Beach county, cozy private furnished room with queen size bed,small closet , TV 42“, dresser with 6 drawers, nightstand with 2 drawers, mini fridge & microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, trash can anyway you can use the kitchen, laundry room, front & back porch, back yard, driveway, the house has 3 bedrooms, one person in each bedroom. 30 days notice required when move out. No couples, just one person. You need to have a full time job. No smoke inside the room, no smoke inside the house, you can smoke in the front or back porch or back yard, no drug addicts. No alcoholics.

Straight 2 roommates living there nowadays, one in each room, one male in one room, and one female in another room with teacup hypoallergenic yorkshire puppies (they have hair, not fur, same PH of human hair, they don’t shed), so not accepted more pets in the house), but need like doggies.
