North Tazewell Street

Renting out the 4th room in a townhouse located in Ballston. The room is located on the 3rd floor, great windows and lighting with a spacious closet. You have your own sink and toilet in the bathroom, and share a shower with one other person whose room connects through the shower. The townhouse is in a great location; quite street, pretty landscaping that is kept up by the complex, and walking distance from the metro, Ballston Quarter, and Harris Teeter. You have free street parking and there are usually spaces available on our street 99% of the time.

You’ll be living with 3 other women, we are all 25 and working professionals. We graduated from JMU in 2018. Two of us currently work from home. We love hanging out in the apartment (it has a rooftop!), going out, and doing various activities in the Arlington dc area! We usually lay low during the week and go out on the weekends, would love for someone to join us or just anyone that’s okay with that! It’s an amazing spot walking distance from so many great restaurants.
