Room available in our 4 bedroom home - great safe gated community. The house is located near Cal Poly, Claremont Colleges, and Chaffey Colleges. Great location for college students, but we are also welcome to working professionals as well. Room is not furnished, but all appliances will be provided provide (Washer, Dryer, Fridge, Stove). House is located close to 10 and 60 Freeway. No drugs, no smoking, and no pets allowed. ¾ bathroom right next to room. Bathroom with shower will be shared with 1 roommate. We are ideally looking for a male roommate.

Room is available December 1st, but we are looking for the right roommate that we vibe with so we are in no rush. Deposit is $250, must have verifiable proof of income.

Roommates: My brother and I are both working professionals and will be taking the rooms upstairs, the bottom room is up for rent. We are 27 and 28 years old, very laid back and easy going. We are both very clean and are looking for someone that cleans after themselves, utilities are split. ( Gas, water, electric, wifi)
