Opal's room

I have 2 furnished rooms with shared bath available for rent. Each room rents for $775 a month. Room 1 is furnished with a full size bed, dresser, and 2 bedside tables. Room 2 is furnished with a twin bed and sofa.

The rent is $775 a month with a security deposit of $775. References are required. I will also need photo ID, proof of background check done within 30 days prior to move in, proof of current income. $775 a month includes utilities. I provide internet and I have a Netflix account. Housemates are welcome to add premium channels at their expense. The living room, kitchen, breakfast area, and laundry area are all common areas. The back yard and driveway are also shared. My home is clean and comfortable. My home and yard are smoke free and pet free zones. I have an autoimmune disorder so I can not accept a housemate that smokes (not even outside), I have allergies to pets and am highly sensitive to cleaning products, laundry products, and personal care products. I only allow eco friendly cleaning products, laundry products, and personal care products in my home. For the convenience of tenants I have a supply of hotel quality eco friendly soaps, shampoos, conditioners, hand lotion and cleaning supplies available for your use at no extra cost. Extra towels and bedding is available upon request.

The Neighborhood is quiet yet close to grocery shopping and coffee shops. It’s a 20 minute drive to Wilmington. 40 minutes to Southport, Calabash, and Ocean Isle.

I currently have both rooms vacant and available for rent. If both rooms become rented you would be sharing a bathroom with that person. It is important that we all respect each other’s privacy and respect each other’s schedules. I keep my home tidy and since we all have to live together it is important that we all clean up after ourselves and take turns cleaning any shared spaces.
