About the room

In the heart of Northside lay a big ol’ house with an (upcoming) empty room. A room perfect YOU! We’re looking for someone who is clean (this part is important) and easy-going (this part is also important) and, as we are already at capacity with animals, preferably no further pets.

So, what does the house have to offer? At Four Stories and roughly three-thousand s/ft, there is plenty of room to spread out. Washer and Dryer, Grill, Big Backyard for get-togethers, Hot Tub, and a garden area begging to be planted. All the utilities -internet, electric, water, and trash pickup- are included in the flat rate rent. The room itself has a closet and will come furnished, including queen-sized bed w/frame, side table, mini-fridge, a few shelves and a horizontal dresser w/mirror. There is still additional room for a few small pieces of furniture.

The house is a 5-minute drive to the fan and a 5-minute drive to most places downtown. We are a block away from Battery Park, the pool, and its many tennis courts. Additionally, the house is just a pleasant stroll/short bike ride away from Hardywood, The Fuzzy Cactus, Slay Burger, The Smoky Mug, and Morty’s.

The current renter will be moving out on August 1st and a pro-rated first month will be offered. If anything wasn’t answered, feel free to ask!

About the roomies

We are young professionals along with two small dogs (Corgis) who are useless freeloaders (but cute and very friendly). We largely operate independently except for the occasional greeting in the kitchen but will occasionally do a cookout or something of the sort.
