Horseshoe and Bonfire pits, charming yard, Blue Ridge Mountains to the not-too-distant west Clean air and fresh well water hit the spot Environs is mix of, but not limited to, “Green Acres, Sanford and Son (w/out Lamont), Rockford Files, Mad Max, and a lil’ Animal House”…Just kidding, but not really. This is a FARM HOUSE, a working man’s home, an honest man’s haven!! Nobody’s perfect and we all leave trails of dust in our wake. Helping “keep house” is more than appreciated…as one may be cheerfully handed a mop, a paint brush or a dish rag if they create a mess! Of course, step over the chicken poop, not in it. A sense of humor is highly recommended; civility and courtesy are required! Everyone has a right to enjoy fresh air! BYOB, smoke ‘em if you got ‘em, whatever that means, but please no tobacco indoors, especially in a bedroom, around pets, random visitors, passing critters, stray-ex’s and/or feral or otherwise un-tethered children.
