Beautiful private room w/ keyed lock, neutral paint, high ceiling, attractively furnished, (furniture etc removable if you prefer your own things*) ceiling fan & on street parking. 1 room upstairs. 1 room downstairs, are available as of March 1st. The bath is shared. If you see the listing, yes, rhe room is available.

‘Located near Barker Cypress Rd & Hwy 290 in a better tree-filled neighborhood w/ many amenities including: lakes, parks, pools, tennis courts, gym, 6 mi of walking & biking trails.

**1 time security deposit against damages -$300.

You are: *low drama/ good communication. *non smoker (@ least in this house) *you & your stuff are clean & bug-free *Rent = 1 person per 1 room.

• NO storage for extra stuff offered, excepting a bike or similar in the garage is ok.

There are 2 smaller dogs. They are gated to tiled areas when not being watched. They are friendly you are.
