Available July 1st or sooner. I am looking for one roommate who will have a private bathroom as well. Also open to renting the whole house out for $2500 🙂 I am listing here since I’ve used the app before. Home is on Germann and Greenfield. This is a prime area in Gilbert, with many nice restaurants nearby. It was built in 2020. The upstairs is a split floor plan, where the two bedrooms are on the opposite end from the master suite. Only one person lives in this home currently (me occasionally). The home is close to 2300sqft, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom with a split floor plan upstairs for extra privacy.

The custom ‘gourmet kitchen’ has a 12 foot high grade granite island, a black granite sink, brand new stainless steel appliances, a hooded vent, and black modern styled cabinets. If compatible, we are absolutely willing to work with you!

I am a working professional who enjoys socializing, traveling, sports, hanging out with my family. Our house is new and we like to keep it very clean. I am relaxed but expect cleanliness. For interested parties, I am also looking to rent out the entire house. Thank you.
