A very secure eco-friendly smart house featuring: A 3 minute drive from Downtown Redlands & 4 minute drive from University of Redlands campus, 10-15 minute drive to Loma Linda University and Medical Center, and an 18 minute drive to Cal State San Bernardino. The house is a comfortable environment designed for relaxation and features keyless entry, smart security system with outside cameras, high speed and mesh internet (1 Gigabyte Speed) with en suite ethernet ports, smart central air & heating with a hospital grade whole house air scrubber/purifier (MERV16 rating with Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI)) that would efficiently capture the COVID-19 virus particles, and it could help reduce the spread of COVID-19 indoors. Smart whole house fan for night time use when appropriate is also available. The house is fully powered by solar panels. The house exterior walls recently fully insulated to keep the house temperatures comfortable year round. Full Laundry access to smart washer and dryer (it will announce to your room/bathroom when your clothes are done washing/drying). Full access to common areas including living room with home theater set-up including interactive lights and surround sound. Complete kitchen with full cooking privileges and access to ice cold or piping hot water from the Sparklett’s Spring Water dispenser. Access to mini business center that includes wireless laser printer, paper shredder, hole puncher, stapler and staple remover. Plenty of street parking or limited on property tandem parking.

Room Features: Keypad entry on your bedroom door, smart full size bed and position is able to be adjusted (head or feet up/down), interactive color changing lights, a smart ceiling fan, closet door with keypad entry across closely located across hall from room door, a TV with Roku access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, desk with chair, private refrigerator located near room door in hallway, energy efficient and sound dampening windows with black-out curtains, in-room trash can, a shared smart bathroom complete with tub/shower and bidet. You only share your bathroom with one other room. Professional maid service 1 time per month that cleans your bathroom and bedroom and common areas. I can customize smart routines and automations in your spaces to your liking within reason.

First and last month’s rent due upon lease signing. Security deposit due to reserve the room. Both short-term (2 months) and longer term (including possibly permanent) guests welcome!

I am neurodivergent, gay and a medical professional. I am fully vaccinated+boosted against COVID-19. There are 4 other lodgers who are also professional/student and gay/trans. Everyone is friendly, but also enjoys giving space. Relaxed, clean, quiet atmosphere. Languages Used in Household: English, Spanish/Español, American Sign Language.
