I am moving due to a new job and I have a beautiful room I am leaving behind. The bedroom has its own private bathroom and shower, double windows, a full-size closet, and a linen closet as well! This bedroom is one of two, in a two-bedroom two bathroom apartment located in the Bull Run Historic District, Manassas VA. I have lived here for 3 years and have been very comfortable. The complex is in a gorgeous quiet and cozy wooded area, with a pool/jacuzzi, tennis court, gym/sauna, dog park, and car wash area. It is located right on the I-66 East exit, so it has been very convenient to travel back and forth from Fairfax, Tysons, and DC! The George Mason Science and Technology Campus is a quick 10-minute drive from the apartment, and the Northern Virginia Community College Manassas Campus is only 5 minutes away. The place is also surrounded by gas stations and restaurants that you can walk to!

Your roommate will be a wonderfully kind and quiet older lady who lives in the second bedroom and mostly keeps to herself, stays out of your way, and gives you total privacy. She works from home and is very kind to take care of the place while you’re away for business or travel! She loves animals, so she doesn’t mind if you move in with a furry friend and require a pet sitter when you’re not home! This space is perfect for one person of any age, including students and roomies over 40!

The living room, dining room and kitchen are shared. I am leaving the apartment furnished with a full-size black leather sofa and its matching love seat, both reclinable! As well as a round glass dining table with four chairs, a stacked glass coffee table, and patio furniture (two pretty white chairs and a table) on the balcony. Feel free to bring your own furniture if you like!
