Similar to my other post, this room on the first/primary floor of the same home is available and is pretty much ready to go! Cleaned and sanitized. Ranch-style home, 3bdrm2bath with 2 current occupants. Home is fully furnished and amenities are included, basically your fully set up. I have a bed and a dresser for you, along with a table, chair and lamp if you need it. All utilities are included! Along with cable, internet and laundry downstairs in the basement. What more can you ask for paying only 900monthly?? Looking for a 2 month deposit BUT not opposed to starting a month to month lease with a months rent and $50 move-in fee. Located near government buildings, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and there’s a “kids” park down the street.
