Super Nice Home with tile on First Floor and Open Floor Plan and Neutral Colors . Breakfast Bar at Kitchen, Tub and Shower. The rooms are furnished with beds and have a closet each; one of which is a walk in.

I can do the Master Suite that has it’s own solo bathroom with shower and tub AND walk in closet for $1150. i will not be staying there as i am renting it to 2 people max. otherwise you could rent the other 2 bedrooms with the other bathroom adjacent for $1050.

No other roomies currently. 33/I’m military and my schedules does fluctuate occasionally, but i try to leave the house in stealth mode to not wake anyone. I enjoy meeting new people, but the neighborhood is somewhat quiet so no keggers any time soon. I own the home and plan on being in San Antonio for many years.
