I have 2 rooms for rent in Palmdale, in a quiet, cul-de-sac street. The 2 room share 1 bathroom.
Both are 650 a month + shared utilities with whomever is also in the house. Im asking for 300 $ deposit, a 6 month lease \ then after the 6 month it will be month to month.
Plenty of kitchen space, parking, wifi, and a laundry room. No smoking inside, but outside is fine.
