Cute little house in East Austin, 5 minutes down the street from Mueller. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. You would share a bathroom with a female roommate. The room will be unfurnished and a lot of the common spaces do have some furniture, and you are more than welcome to add whatever you want to the place. We have a nice screened-in back porch and a good size yard. We have a driveway and plenty of street parking. With the new roommate, there will be a total of four people in the house. And there are three cats and one dog in the house. Rent is 700 plus utilizes, which run about 100.

All roommates are mid-20’s. One roommate is a social worker, one is a grad student at UT, and the final roommate delivers for Amazon. Two of the roommates are engaged and share the master bedroom and bathroom. The new person would have their own room and share a bathroom with the other roommate. The current roommates have a great relationship with each other and will have game nights or go out together. We are also very clean in the common spaces and respectful of each other’s property.
