About the room
Private room for rent (11’x10.5’) in a 2nd story condo with a shared bathroom. Utilities and internet are included. The security deposit is the same as the rent ($650).
Looking for a roommate to share my condo with. The living spaces are already furnished and the bedroom is partially furnished (has a full size bedframe, dresser, and lamp) but it can be unfurnished if you prefer. The room is really bright and has grey wooden laminate floors.
The condo is on West Elizabeth St with easy parking and is a short bike ride to campus or city park. It’s also really close to restaurants and King Soopers. There is a large balcony overlooking the complex. The complex also has a pool.
About the roomies
My name is Caden and I’m a 21 year old anthropology student at CSU. I’m really easy going and into rock climbing, biking, and music (I like to play the guitar). I’m 420 friendly.
