I have a little room available. Near the foothills, have a backyard, I work from home and can use that room as my office and bedroom. You will have your own room. I have a dog. We can’t have anymore pets. Lots of parking. Something short term would be better, but if we hit it off, we can talk about long term and changing the rent. The house is fully furnished, except for your room. You would need your own bed and what not.

I am from the south. I have all the good aspects of a southerner(cook good food, can fix most things, like to do yard work and gardening) but none of the bad aspects(I am not racist nor sexist). I am home a lot, I work from home. I cook quite a bit.
