This listing is for a short stay (August 4th through Nov 30th) in a room that is SHARED with one other roommate. 2 beds in one room!! You can instead rent the whole room out privately for yourself for $2000/mo. Lease ends Nov 30th. Extension may be possible at a lower monthly price, but please ask me if interested.

The apartment is in the highly rated condominium “The Windsor Over Peachtree” (please search for it in your browser). Location is exceptional. Besides being 2 blocks to GA Tech, it’s also on the same block as MARTA, 1 block from The Fox, walkable to Piedmont Park, in the vicinity of MANY restaurants (including Chick Fil A) with a Subway, the Midtown Diner, and a Boba Tea Cafe right in the same building.

I chose this unit largely for its great views! It’s on the 12th floor. All the ‘view’ photos attached are taken from my spacious balcony, to which you will have complete access. Note the construction site in the central photo, currently grown into a large building.

Comfortable living room and kitchen, saltwater pool (May thru Sep), in-building gym, conference room, meeting lounge, ping-pong, and 24-hour concierge. Washer/dryer in building (pay per use), with same-day to-your-door pickup & delivery wash-and-fold laundry service available.

All utilities, including Gigabit Fiber Wi-Fi, are included. The rental comes with one parking space, or you can get a $125 per month discount if you choose NOT to have parking. I personally went carless while I lived here, since this is “96/100 Walker’s Paradise” Midtown and MARTA is almost zero distance from the front door.

No smoking. No 420. No additional pets (renters in the other rooms in the unit already have the max which the building allows). The furniture has been replaced since the photos. Background check required. Proof of income, credit check, and good rental history required, though I’m flexible on those IF you are willing to pay in advance.

I am only interested in tenants who will be excellent roommates to the other roommates. Clean, quiet, courteous.
