Hisham's room

3600 sq ft townhouse, the room is located on the bottom floor and has its own living area and full bathroom. The room can come furnished or not depending on the situation. All utilities included with the rent. Currently 2 people live in the town house and we work from home, but the size of the townhouse gives everyone ample privacy

I’m a 36 year old Sr. Business Analyst for a very big corporation. I like to wakeboard and be active and spend a lot of time outside enjoying the weather when it’s nice. The second roommate is 33 years old and is a very laid back and easy going individual. We are looking for someone that would make a good addition to being a roommate.
