A private, unfurnished bedroom and private full bathroom in a furnished apartment in the heart of North Park, 15 minutes away from several beaches.

You will have full use of the kitchen and all amenities. The apartment complex includes a weight room, pool, and bbq.

This is month to month for up to 3 months at which time I’ll be leaving. You can take over the lease at that time if you desire. The price I’m giving for this room is a steal in NP.

You will be required to do the application process for the apartment complex. It is simple and straightforward. Secure income and decent credit is required.

PS, about the pictures. I don’t have good pictures of the place, so please excuse if they aren’t showroom quality. The room available is unfurnished.

I’m work as an RN and usually out of the house. I’m a pretty clean guy and prefer to keep things simple and easy. I’m wrapping up an assignment in town and then will be going to the East coast. I enjoy motorcycling, triathlon, and archery.
