Huge 1,100 sq ft.downstairs apartment with 2 bed and 2 bath. It is located in a quiet area in North Pomona next to La Verne and the apartments are gated. Each room is a master suite with its own private bathroom. Living room, kitchen, dining room and patio are shared. Faux wood in living areas and new carpet in bedrooms. Pool View from patio with BBQ grill and shared laundry. Central air and heating. Room is not furnished, living room has TV. I pay half of the rent and you can split your half if you have a roommate, so it can come out to about 450 each with utilities (which are very low). House Rules: Must have a stable job and qualify for lease (just need pay stubs showing you earn a combined income of 1500/month). No drama, must be ok with a social environment, must be clean and courteous (especially in living areas), 420 friendly (out in patio area only), will be responsible for guests and their actions. there are currently no pets in apartment but i am planning on getting a small dog as small breeds are permitted. You would be responsible for any and all fees associated with your dog if you choose to get one or already have one.Apartment has faux wood flooring throughout and brand new carpet in bedrooms.Apartment is close to Cal Poly Pomona, Mt. SAC, Trader Joes, Sprouts, 3 gyms within 2 miles, Target down the street in La Verne and good food nearby in claremont village.
